What is Mooladhara Chakra (Root Chakra) Awakening Method and Effects
What is the Mooladhara Chakra?
Mooladhara is made up of two words Mool + Aadhar. Where Mool means root and base means foundation. The human body is formed from the womb of its mother, so its roots are from there and its base is also the same. You must be aware that before the baby takes shape in human form, it is just a ball of flesh. Slowly he takes on a human body. It is located just below the human spine. Due to which it is also known as the root chakra. It is the first of the human chakras and has an integral connection with the physical body.
There are 2 possibilities of this cycle. The first is the natural possibility of sex and the second is the possibility of brahmacharya, which is attainable through meditation. Sex is a natural possibility and celibacy is its transformation.
Now this means that we can use the situation given by nature in two ways. We can live in a state as nature has put us in – but then the process of spiritual growth cannot begin – or we can change this state.
Repression is an obstacle on the path of meditation. Change cannot come when there is repression.
If suppression is a hindrance, what is the solution?
Understanding will solve this matter. Changes happen as you begin to understand sex. There is a reason for this.
All the elements of nature are blind and unconscious within us. If we become aware of them, change begins. Awareness is action; Awareness is the act of changing them, changing them. If a man awakens his sexual desires with all his emotional and intellectual faculties, then celibacy will arise within him in place of sexual intercourse.
