What is Sarvang Pushti Asana?

Method of doing Sarvang Pushti Asana –

  • Stand at a distance of about 2.5 feet in your feet. Close the fist by taking it above the head and crossing the wrists.
  • Place the arm with the ear and keep the arm along with the ear throughout the posture.
  • Keep this in mind. Stretch the breath-holding hands upwards and while exhaling, try to put the hands down with the earth while bending forward.
  • Fill your eyes and bring your hands up while rotating your brother. Go backward and while exhaling, bring your hands down to the ground while bending to the right.
  • Keep in mind that the arm should remain with the ear. Repeat this process three to four times starting from the right side.
