These six tips will give you a good starting point!
1) Sleep well
We do not want the car to be empty.
So why do we expect to run so fast and so sleepy?
We have heard repeatedly that adults need about 7-9 hours of sleep to get a full rest – and there are many studies supporting this.
Inadequate sleep can affect your memory, concentration, and mood — and many other health issues — regardless of the work you do, all three of which play an important role in our professional performance skills.
So, if you want to get your working skills done efficiently, start with a good night’s sleep.

2) Create your own morning routine
Life is full of choices.
For example: we make a decision every day, or wake up early in the morning so we can stay as we want in the morning, or sleep until the last minute before work.
At the end of the day, only you can decide the morning that will prepare you for the day’s work. If the last few minutes of sleep require 8 hours of sleep, take a nap.
However, well, you can develop a morning routine that allows you to avoid the most important stressor: speed.
A good pre-workout regimen can prepare you for the new day without fear of having to do ten things at a time.

Think about it: If you get an average of 7 hours of sleep a night, that means you usually get up at 17 hours. If you work for 8 of them, it means you are working 47% of the time every day.
Considering your non-work schedule, this does not leave you long enough to complete your bucket list.
Therefore, it is not surprising that people often feel pressured to organize as many vacations as possible – they will be tired when they return to work later.
So what is the answer?
Well, many smart companies have discovered the power of giving employees a “happy day” – the opportunity to retire and move from time to time.
If this is not your place of work, you need to make sure you take the time to “shut down” when you retire. This means turning off service email notifications, waiting time to process services, etc.
6) Read your book
At school, we study mathematics, science, geography, history, etc. — many of us continue to use this information for our professional lives.
What we may not have learned is time management, how to prepare for interviews, personal motivation skills, etc.
These rare aspects of “being the best at work” are often obtained through trial and error or through personal training.
There are many books dedicated to helping you get the most out of your job.
